SECOND OPINION:  Still have questions, ask for second opinion. You will receive a reply in no more than 48 hours from our experts.

GET A PRESCRIPTION:  Once you have consulted with a doctor by video or chat, they will, if you need it generate a prescription and send it to your local pharmacy to collect.

  • What do I need for successful online consultation?

    In order to have a live video or chat consultation with eDoktor you will need a mobile, tablet or laptop with a good camera, working microphone and adequate internet connection.

  • What if I missed my booked appointment?

    If you miss your appointment, please get in touch with our support team on support@myedoktor.com Please note if you are using our paid service, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you think you are going to miss your appointment, you can cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment start time for a full refund. If you cancel less than 12hours before, we will not be able to refund you.

  • What if my appointments gets disrupted?

    If your appointment get disrupted, please get in touch with our patient support team at support@myedoktor.com. You will got money refund.

  • What happens during online video/chat consultations?

    Online consultation is very similar to the physical consultation. The online doctor will discuss about your reasons for call, symptoms which you have. As it is a video consultation, they can also take a look at any affected areas, or listen out for symptoms. After that you will get recommendation about improving your current health condition.
